Stirred Clifton water baths are designed for immersion of flasks/bottles/racks in a stable temperature environment throughout the water bath featuring thermostatic temperature control.

The stainless steel tank contained within a sturdy outer case and supplied complete with a stainless steel shelf all providing good water circulation and temperature stability.

The Thermostirrer is robust constructed from stainless steel for durability. Painted surfaces feature a tough anti-bacterial finish with good chemical resistance. Easy to use controls that wipe clean and have an anti-bacterial finish. Immersed components are corrosion resistant. Quiet running in use and providing excellent water temperature stability in the bath.

Thermostatic temperature control, providing quick reliable selection and attainment of desired operating temperature. Every unit undergoes a factory calibration at 45°C for validation.

When a low liquid level is detected heating is suspended with a red warning indicator. Once the bath is topped up, reset the power switch to off and on, heating and temperature control resumes.

For water temperatures above 60°C we recommend accessory lid or spheres fitted for optimal performance, reduces evaporation and also assists keeping water free from contamination and saves energy reducing electricity consumption and running costs.

Before leaving our factory each water bath has a unique serial number, electrically tested for safety at final inspection and a test certificate enclosed in rear of the instruction book. 5. To verify the performance of the temperature control system every unit undergoes a factory calibration adjusting control to known traceable value. 6. Thermostirrer controls and painted surfaces feature “anti-bacterial technology” which inhibits bacterial growth, improving hygiene requirements as demanded by many clinical and laboratory environments. These hygienic surfaces are part of a controlled approach to cleaner facilities. The Clifton range features easy to clean surfaces and finishes that are resistant to routine and efficient disinfection’s. The efficacy of the finish is maintained over time, as the anti-bacterial agent is integral within the finishes.
